program info
Our 14th year of commitment to developing baseball players during the off-season, when improvement counts most. The off-season is when players lay the foundation for success, building the skills and knowledge necessary to elevate their game.
-
Refine mechanics for maximum swing efficiency. Inside/outside pitch coverage for both righties and lefties, including off-speed and high-velocity pitches. Pitch identification and mental approach. Video analysis with HitTRAX to break down and perfect swing techniques. Players will understand every aspect of their swing to make effective in-game adjustments.
-
Tailored pitching mechanics suited to each player’s physical attributes Focus on arm development through long toss and bullpen work Develop a 3-pitch arsenal and work on pitch sequencing. Precision in hitting 8 key pitch locations with a goal of 72% accuracy. Establish a "command pitch" that can be executed 80+% of the time. Pitching analysis using Rapsodo technology for continuous improvement.
-
Proper techniques for framing, blocking, and throwing down to all bases. Focus on footwork, transfers, and pop time. Field generalship and pitch sequencing for effective game management.
-
Improve footwork, glove work, and last hop techniques. Master double-play mechanics.
-
Educating players and parents on the collegiate recruiting process. Creating player video profiles showcasing skills and mechanics. Direct recruiting support for visibility to college programs.
-
The program requires dedication and hard work. By the end of the winter program, players will understand what it takes to succeed in baseball, both on and off the field. They'll know how to sacrifice time and energy to reach their maximum potential, laying the groundwork for a future as a collegiate athlete.
we offer CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY
-
What it is: A portable ball-tracking device for both pitching and hitting.
How it works: Uses radar and camera technology to measure metrics like pitch velocity, spin rate, spin efficiency, horizontal/vertical break, exit velocity, and launch angle.
Why it’s used: Gives pitchers precise feedback on their pitch movement and spin characteristics, helping refine mechanics and pitch design. For hitters, it’s similar to HitTrax in measuring swing output, but with more emphasis on raw ball data.
Best for: Pitch design, skill development, and scouting.
-
What it is: An indoor baseball/softball data and simulation system.
How it works: Uses high-speed cameras and sensors to track a ball immediately after contact, then calculates exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and more.
Why it’s used: Players can see where their hits would land in real stadiums, review spray charts, and track progress over time. Coaches use it to fine-tune swing mechanics with instant feedback.
Best for: Hitting training, player evaluation, gamified practice.
-
What it is: A VR (virtual reality) baseball training tool.
How it works: Players wear a VR headset and face realistic pitcher avatars throwing game-speed pitches. The system recreates actual MLB/NCAA/HS pitcher deliveries.
Why it’s used: Improves pitch recognition, timing, and plate discipline without physical wear-and-tear. Players can “face” hundreds of live at-bats in minutes.
Best for: Mental reps, timing, and pitch recognition training.
