TOURNAMENT POLICIES

REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT

Tournament entry is $650 per team and includes a 4-game guarantee.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your team's spot. The remaining balance must be paid by the tournament's published payment deadline.

The $100 deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to the tournament. Beginning 30 days before the tournament, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.

TEAM CANCELLATIONS

WEATHER & FIELD CONDITIONS

Our first priority is to get the games played.

If rain, severe weather, unsafe field conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control affect the tournament, Gashouse Nation will make every reasonable effort to continue the event and deliver the guaranteed games.

Depending on the circumstances, tournament officials may:

• Reschedule games
• Move games to different fields or facilities
• Adjust game times
• Modify game time limits
• Shorten games when necessary
• Modify pool-play schedules
• Adjust bracket formats
• Play games later in the day or on another scheduled tournament day

Changes to game times, field locations, time limits, pool-play schedules, or tournament/bracket formats do not by themselves qualify a team for a refund.

WEATHER REFUND POLICY

If weather or unplayable field conditions prevent a team from receiving its 4 guaranteed games, refunds will be based on the number of games played.

Once a game has officially started, it will be considered a game played for purposes of the weather refund policy, even if the game is later shortened or ended due to weather.

The $100 tournament deposit is nonrefundable for weather-related cancellations occurring within 30 days of the tournament.

REFUND PROCESSING

Weather-related refunds will be determined after the tournament has concluded and all reasonable attempts to reschedule or complete games have been exhausted.

During a weather event, our tournament staff's priority will be adjusting schedules, preparing fields, communicating with teams, and getting everyone back on the field. Refunds will be processed after the event rather than while tournament adjustments are still underway.

CANCELLATION BY GASHOUSE NATION

If Gashouse Nation cancels a tournament for reasons other than weather, field conditions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control, teams will receive a refund of tournament fees paid.
